This involves obtaining an Apostille Certificate to authenticate these documents, making them acceptable abroad. This official certification is provided by a Notary, and the Apostille Certificate is attached by the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO). This process ensures the documents are recognized in countries under the 1961 Hague Convention. Attaching an Apostille Certificate to your company documents can be essential when opening a business bank account or establishing a branch abroad. Our Apostille service covers various documents, such as the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, IN01 Form from Companies House, and Certificate of Good Standing. Additional documents can also be Apostilled upon request.
**How it Works:**
1. 'Contact us' complete the order form, and make your payment.
2. You'll receive an email confirming your requested document(s) for Apostille and your delivery address.
3. If we need more information or documentation, we'll notify you via email.
4. Your document(s) will be certified by a solicitor, if necessary.
5. We'll send your document(s) to the FCDO for Apostilling.
6. Upon receiving the apostilled document(s), we'll provide you with an electronic copy of the apostille certificate.
7. Your original apostilled document(s) will be sent to you via your chosen delivery method using your resident address.
